Yin Yoga on Thursdays at 10.30 AM @ Saja Yoga
In a yin yoga class the emphasis is on ‘slowing down’, softness and gentleness for yourself. Yin yoga gives you the chance to explore your boundaries and is suitable for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. A Yin yoga class is about stretching. The exercises are soft and relaxing and you stay in the same position for a long time so that you can observe what happens to your body.
Hatha Yoga on Fridays at 8.30 AM @ Saja Yoga
A Hatha class is an ideal way to slow down or reduce stress and to make the body stronger or looser. In addition, the techniques are also attributed with a beneficial effect on the nervous system, the glands and other important organs and in general a relaxation of the body occurs. The goal of hatha yoga is therefore mainly to promote health and well-being.
Special classes on Sundays at 9.00 PM @ Saja Yoga
Every Sunday we explore a specific Yogic topic through Asanas (postures) & Pranayama (breathing techniques). Via a conscious practice targeted on different Chakra’s, wellbeing and relaxation if obtained throughout the whole body and mind.
